Digital products
The All in One Business Starter Bundle is a downloadable digital product. Once the download link or access credentials have been shared, the product is considered delivered and used.
When a refund is possible
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You never received your download link and our support could not deliver it.
- The files are corrupted and we are unable to provide working replacements.
When a refund is not possible
- You changed your mind after downloading the files.
- Your device or system does not meet the software requirements.
- You expected features that were never listed on this page.
How to request
Email support@rapidxmedia.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
